The name of the project originated from the mango trees that have been growing there for decades. "Mangueiras" comes from the Portuguese "mango trees". The icon was based on the shape of a mango leaf, more specifically the upper part of the leaf, and it also brings together elements associated with the gourmet culture. In this way, a symbol was created where it is possible to notice 3 equal elements (mango leaf) and a semicircle in the background.

O nome do projeto se originou atraves dos pés de manga existentes há dezenas de anos no local. O ícone foi baseado na forma da folha de uma Mangueira, mais especificamente na parte superior da folha, além disso, ele reúne elementos associados ao universo da cultura gourmet. Dessa maneira, criou-se um símbolo onde é possível notar 3 elementos iguais (folha da mangueira) e um semicírculo ao fundo.
